School Policies and Course Requirements 
 
therealestateschool.net wants its students to have a rewarding educational experience utilizing the most up-to-date course software available for home study. Please review the following school policies.

Course Requirements: You will receive a diskette and instruction manual. You will complete the lessons, test questions, and exercises on the diskette. Completion is indicated on the “history” section of the menu. Once you have completed the course, you will sign and return the Statement of Compliance and a Course Evaluation. Once received and reviewed, a Certificate of Completion will be mailed to you.

Attendance: Since this is a home study course, no classroom attendance is required. You will complete the course on your own and will forward the completed diskette upon your completion. You will have 6 months from the date we send out the course materials to complete the course. Requests for extensions based on illness or hardship may be granted.

Refund Policy: A student may receive a full refund of tuition (less shipping costs) if, student returns the course material, unopened and in good condition to therealestateschool.net at 13898 Morgan Drive NE, Redmond, WA 98053 within 7 days of course enrollment. Refunds will be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Grades: There are no grades given on distance learning/home study courses. A Certificate of Completion will be issued upon successful completion of each course.
