Effective July 1, 2010 The State of Washington requires all applicant for a Real Estate Sales License complete the 60 hour course entitled  Real Estate Fundamentals and the 30 hour course entitled Real Estate Practices and upon successful completion, student will be able to sit and take the state licenising examination.  To sign up for these course on-line Click Here.
