Q. What system requirements do I need for the computer based courses
A. PC compatible computer with 386 or higher processor, Windows version 3.1 or higher. 3.5” high density disk drive

Q. How long do I have to complete a computer based course
A. You have 6 months to complete a course from the date of application. Extensions are available based on hardship or medical reasons

Q. Are all courses approved for continuing education clock hours?
A. Classes will indicate the number of clock hours approved for continuing education in the State of Washington. Approval by other states is currently in process. Please contact school to determine if approved for your state. 

Q. If I need help while taking a class is someone available to assist me?
A. Yes, we have staff available to assist students when they require help. You can either call the school or email us and we will address your need(s).

Q. What type of training programs do you offer?
A. Our staff is constantly working with real estate companies and individuals to develop seminars and training programs to improve the skills of the agent. These programs are designed to be flexible to the needs of the individual and brokerage. Our training programs are designed to be easy to implement and monitor results.
